5 Year Workmanship Guarantee

The Master Painters Guarantee covers painting work completed by Sharp Decorating on residential homes and on low rise commercial buildings, churches and schools, where approved product lines are used.

The Guarantee covers interior and exterior painting, new builds, alterations and renovation of character homes.

The Guarantee works like an an extended warranty and covers you, if there is a workmanship related problem identified within five years of the work being completed, that we can’t remedy, and offers security and peace of mind.

THE Guarantee is Transferable

If you sell the property, the Guarantee can be transferred to anyone who buys the property, making it an intangible asset for you as a seller and the purchaser.

This includes transferring the guarantee from the builder/developer to the home owner.
